Our History

Our History

From the dawn of recorded history, humans have buried their loved ones in a ceremonial manner. Each culture has its own format for their ceremony, but the common thread, regardless of religious beliefs, is to celebrate the life of the deceased and bring comfort to the family. This tradition is carried on today by Pierce Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

Located in Manassas, Virginia, Pierce Funeral Home and Cremation Services offer dignified affordable services to families of all faiths. We understand the confusion that accompanies a loss and are committed to assisting our families in dealing with the logistics of planning a service, memorial, burial, or transfer while respecting the feelings and wishes of the family. We can provide you with information regarding in-ground interment, cremation, and preplanning. Our experienced and compassionate staff is available for assistance whether needed in the immediate or distant future. Our facilities can accommodate any size or type of service, each individually planned according to the family's religious faith and specific wishes.

Helping area residents to honor the lives of their loved ones and easing the burdens the family has to bear is considered a sacred trust by the staff. We pledge to continue this tradition of excellence.
