Lesly G. Bolton

On October 27, 2016 Lesly Glyn Bolton 36 years young, beloved daughter of Gwendolyn June (Fearnley) and the late Charles “David” Bolton, Sr. passed to her heavenly home to be with Jesus being reunited with her son Christopher “Andre” Waters, Jr., his paternal grandmother Arlinda Waters as well as other relatives, friends etc. who had predeceased her. She is survived by her devoted brother, Charles (Cary) David Bolton Jr., sisters Wendy Renee Bolton and Margaret Aimee (Amy) Bolton as well as her adoring niece Jessica (Jessie) Ashley Bolton to whom she was known by Aunt Tot Tee, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Lesly came to know Christ around the age of 5 but was brought back to praising and worshipping at McLean Bible Church after Andre’ was diagnosed with Batten disease bringing many people with her as they ministered to her son through the Access Ministry who later held his own celebration of life (5/31/97-12/23/07). We want to thank the many friends and relatives that helped her fight her valiant battle against breast cancer which also took the life of her father. They not only accompanied her to her surgeries, chemo and radiation treatments but many opened their homes to her to be able to pay for her treatments over the years and in many cases, gave her many wonderful fun times she cherished. We will never be able to replace our Cheer Bear but will cherish each and every memory of her joyful spirit even in the face of this horrid illness by only let her go into the presence of her Savior to receive her new heavenly body free of pain and suffering in the place prepared for her by Jesus Himself. Lesly attended Tennessee Temple Academy K4-K5, one year of Chattanooga Public School, Fairfax Baptist Temple Academy, Fairview Elementary, Robinson High School and graduated from Mountain View High School. Worked at the Fairfax School Area Office during HS later working in Property Management at various residences ending her career at Fields at Cascades that she said was her favorite where she had a most delightfully “beach” themed apartment until Feb. 2016. Many of her close friendships since HS were with her co-workers who either trained her or she trained. Thank you for helping make her so happy. Celebration of Life is to be held November 5, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Park Valley Church, Haymarket, VA. Dedication of her final resting place will follow at a later date for immediate family and friends.
