October 14, 1940 - October 21, 2025 Jeanne Luong Huynh, 85, of Chantilly, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening, October 21, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She will be remembered for her strength, kindness, generosity, and the warmth she shared through her love and home-cooked meals. Jeanne brought comfort and joy to everyone she met. She found joy in tending her herb garden and nurturing her family. Nothing brought her greater happiness than spending time with her children and grandchildren, ensuring that her loved ones were always well-fed and deeply cared for. She was steadfast in her prayers, often holding her rosary with quiet devotion. Those who knew her will forever remember her gentle spirit and the love she poured into every part of her life. Born on October 14, 1940, in Saigon, Vietnam, Jeanne courageously immigrated to the United States in 1986 with her children in search of a better life. There, she reunited with her beloved husband, John, who had come to America ahead of them. Together, they built a life rooted in resilience, love, faith, and devotion to family. Jeanne is survived by her devoted husband of 65 years, John Huynh; her three children, Lee (Linh), Jacqueline (John), and David (Ngan); her cherished grandchildren, Jessica, Nikki, George, and Nina; and her sister, Luong Hong Chau of Vietnam. She is also lovingly remembered by many other family members and friends. Jeanne was preceded in death by her two brothers, Nhi and Hoang; and her beloved son, Nick. Her gentle presence, unwavering love, and quiet strength will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. Though her physical presence is gone, her spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us. May her memory be a blessing, and may we honor her legacy of love and compassion in all we do. As you worship our Lord Jesus in Heaven, dear Jeanne, your light will forever shine brightly in our hearts. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Gainesville, Virginia, with Reverend James Barkett officiating. Burial will follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens Cemetery in Prince William County, Virginia. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 27, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, VA 20110.
