Hector Amado Quinteros

Hector Amado Quinteros, aged 71 of Manassas, Virginia passed away on March 20, 2021. He was born to the late Amadeo Quinteros and Zoila Esperanza Alegria de Quinteros on September 3rd, 1949 in San Salvador, El Salvador and is preceded in death by his two brothers, Oscar Quinteros and Francisco Quinteros. He fought a brave battle with pancreatic cancer and departed this earthly life surrounded by his loving family. Hector studied at the Liceo Salvadoreño from primary through high school and continued his studies at Glendale College in Los Angeles, California. He returned to El Salvador at age 21 to establish his entrepreneurial legacy, Pan Lourdes (Bakery) whose brand identity was “Served With Love.” He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central America where he formed many of his cherished lifelong friendships. Hector had the incredible ability to befriend anyone he met. He was always seen smiling, a cheerful presence and a joy to be around. He put others before himself and had sage advice to any who cared to listen. He was wise and lived true to the message of Jesus; he did his best to serve others, and to love and respect all unconditionally. Everyone who had the pleasure to know him will remember him for his genuine golden heart, authenticity, sense of humor, love of music and respect for others. Hector is survived by his wife, Carmen H. Quinteros; Children: Hector E. Quinteros (Wife, Martha Avelar Quinteros), Carlos A. Quinteros (Wife, Christina Quinteros), Elena B. Theobald (Husband, Jeff Theobald), Lourdes M. Quinteros, Jorge A. Menjivar (Fiancée, Amanda T. Brent), Oscar J. Quinteros, and Carmen A. Quinteros; Grandchildren: Hector J. Quinteros, Fernando Quinteros, Sara Quinteros, Michael A. Quinteros, Samuel A. Quinteros, Lucas G. Theobald, Christian J. Theobald, and Darren A. Theobald. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday March 27, 2021, at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church, 12409 Henderson Road, Clifton, Virginia, 20124 by invitation only.
