Antione Mario Lambert

The Lord called Antione Mario Lambert Sr. home on July 19, 2023, at Prince William Hospital in Manassas, VA. Gone too soon, Antione departed this world at the age of 46. Lovingly known as “Big Twan” to some, “Tweezy” to others Antione was born on June 16, 1977, to Katherine Anne Clay and Leroy Lee Lambert Sr. in Fairfax, Virginia. He was baptized on December 17, 2017, at Greater Morning Star Apostolic Church, Largo, Maryland. Antione was the third son born to Katherine and the baby of the bunch. She undoubtedly had her hands full raising three boys and she did her best to instill in them a belief in God, to be good people, and to stay on the right path. It is with heaviness of spirit that Katherine and stepfather Freeman Clay, say goodbye to the last of the sons, understanding that it is only “bye for now” as they will all see each other again in heaven one day. Educated in Prince William County Public Schools, Antione later found his niche and became a landscaper by trade. He worked with various companies gaining more knowledge and skills in the profession along the way. At the age of 24 Antione met the love of his life, Veronica Anne Bailey of Manassas, VA. Inseparable for 22 years, their love truly withstood the test of time. Antione and Veronica would go on to have three sons: Ahlias Maxwell Lambert, Antione Mario Lambert Jr. and stepson, Jayquan Waters. He was proud of each of his sons and was a great friend and father to all of them. Antione was preceded in death by his father Leroy Lee Lambert Sr., his brothers: Leroy Lee Lambert Jr. and Robert (Hook) Lambert, brother and sister in-laws: Antonio R. Bailey, Kenny M. Barbour, Theresa E. Bailey, grandparents: Horace Lambert, Josephine Johnson, Robert Carter Sr., aunt: Mini Childress, uncle: Randolph Carter Antione is survived by his fiancé: Veronica Anne Bailey, sons: Ahlias Maxwell Lambert, Antione Mario Lambert Jr., and Jayquan Marquell Waters, parents: Kathleen Anne Clay, stepfather: Freeman Clay, grandmother: Sheila Mae Carter, father and mother in-law: James Maxwell Sr., and Delores Eva Bailey, half-sisters: Phadria Greene and Tanya Greene, half-brother: Tron (Boss) Greene, brother and sister in-laws: Frankie and Brenda Bailey, Larry and Shemaine Scott, James and LeAnnette Bailey, Doretha Barbour, and Michael and Monique Bailey, niece: Brianna Williams, daughter in-laws: Jocelyn Lizama and Jynira Boxley.
