Patricia (Penny) Penelope (Keefer) Biedrycki July 15, 1936 – November 28, 2021 Patricia (Penny) Biedrycki, 85, of Manassas Park, Virginia passed away on November 28, 2021. She was born in Washington, DC on July 15, 1936 to Walter and Josephine Keefer. Penny grew up in the small town of Cottage City, Maryland where she attended Bladensburg High School and was a majorette for the “Mustangs.” Penny was a talented piano player and singer. She enjoyed playing the piano. Penny and her brother would compete in singing and dancing competitions when they were children. Penny held a variety of jobs during her life. She was a Brownie and Girl Scout Leader, and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Brentwood Volunteer Fire Department. She was a Coppercraft Representative, worked for the telephone company, was a bank teller, a waitress, drove a school bus for Prince William County, and worked as a cashier at Giant Food Grocery Store. She worked for a telemarketing company, AAA, and Allstate Insurance Company. She provided assistant living care for the elderly. However, of all these jobs that she held, her passion was to sew. She took pride in making Wedding Gowns and clothing for her children, grandchildren and several clients. Penny loved to attend various craft shows to sell her sewing projects. She would make doll clothes, purses, dresses, quilts, and custom applique pieces. She enjoyed having a booth to sell her various sewing projects at the Hudsons Surfside Flea Market at Surfside, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Penny is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, David A. Biedrycki and her loving dog Olivia. She is survived by her five children, Linda Kepler and her husband Larry of Haymarket, Virginia; Teri Zigler and her husband Alan of Timberville, Virginia; Vicki Wellershaus and her husband Floyd of Winchester, Virginia; Chuck Tippett of Warrenton, Virginia; and Patti Tippett of Winchester, Virginia. She is survived by 10 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Penny is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Josephine Keefer, and her siblings Beirne Keefer and Josephine (Henrietta) Teague.
