KESA ISOHATA YEAGER
December 15, 1924 - April 7, 2021
Kesa "Kay" Isohata Yeager, age 96 passed away on April 7, 2021 at her home in Manassas, Virginia while receiving Hospice care. She was born in Tokyo, Japan on December 15, 1924 to the late Sanshiro & Take Isohata. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her late husband Edward Paul Yeager and her son Lawrence "Larry" Yeager. As a World War II bride Kesa began her journey to the United States in January 1952 leaving behind her family and siblings in Tokyo, Japan. She began her career with Parkton Corp as a Shift Leader in 1966 and retired in 1982 when the company decided to move to Lynchburg, VA. Kesa and her late husband, Edward decided to relocate to the Fredericksburg area for a short period and soon returned to Manassas to be close to family and friends. She was a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary #7589 and she also enjoyed her weekly outings with her bingo buddies. Survivors include her son Paul Allen Yeager, wife Kimberly of Manassas, Virginia, Step-grandson Dustin Gore, wife Suzanne and 3 great grandchildren, Weston, Madilyn and Jakob of Chapmanville, WV.
