Judith Cebula Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Judith Ann Armel Cebula, age 73, of Manassas, VA passed away in her home on May 27, 2022. She was born on August 6, 1948, to Inez Netherton Armel and Donald Armel, Sr. Judy moved to Manassas from Winchester, VA in 1964 with her parents and younger Brother Kenny Armel. She attended Osbourn High School where she graduated in 1966. Her first job was with WPRW of Manassas. She married Ronald Michael Cebula on November 23, 1967. Judy left work to be a full-time mother until the kids were in middle school. Judy took an administrative job with the Prince William County Park Authority where she worked in payroll. From there Judy moved to another administrative roll with Skippy’s Trucking of Manassas and ended her working career with PDS Disposal and during all that time she was a consultant for Longaberger and Henn Workshops Basket Companies and a Mary Kay Consultant. Judy enjoyed the latter part of life spending time with her husband, Ron, kids and grandkids and friends. She is survived by two children; son, Eric Cebula – married to Melanie Cebula; and daughter, Cherie Cebula; three grandchildren, Karly Cebula, Rhiannon Cebula, and Brett Cebula; and brothers, Donald Armel, Jr., and Robert Armel. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Armel A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, June 3, 2022, at 10:30 AM at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Rd., Triangle, VA 22172.
