June 12, 2008 - October 19, 2021
With deep sadness and broken hearts, we share that Jason Joseph Lipscomb passed suddenly and tragically on Tuesday October 19, 2021. Jason was a beautiful 13 year old boy. Some of Jason's closest family lovingly called him JasonBear. He was a happy, empathetic, energetic and creative boy. Jason loved to be outside, ride his bicycle and play at the park. From memory, Jason could compose sentences in several different fonts such as Disney, block letters and the font of most Pixar movies. From a young age, Jason became quite skilled at building puzzles, often turning the pieces upside down to make it more challenging for himself. Jason enjoyed constructing legos and playing video games, particularly Super Mario. Jason was especially close with his mother and brother. Jason is survived on earth by his mother and stepfather, Amanda & Paul Hoffmann, father, Dennis Lipscomb, brother Benjamin Lipscomb, half brother, Jacob Lipscomb, half sister, Rachel Lipscomb, step brothers Tyler and Raiden Hoffmann, grandfathers Donovan Foster and Daniel Lipscomb Sr. and step-grandparents Richard and Helene Hoffmann. Jason also has countless aunts, uncles and cousins, whom he loved very much. Jason’s grandmothers, Monika Singer and Jacqueline Argent, will meet him for the first time in heaven. Jason's family will receive friends and family for a viewing on Monday October 25, 2021 from 6-8PM and a funeral service at noon October 26, 2021. Both to be held at Pierce Funeral Home in Manassas, VA. Burial to follow at Columbia Gardens Cemetery. If you chose to honor Jason, instead of flowers, please consider donating in his name to the cause that is closest to your heart so that Jason’s beautiful soul can continue to touch more lives.
