July 30, 1958 - April 23, 2022
Windom Frank All Jr., age 63 of Manassas, Virginia, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on April 23rd, 2022, after a courageous 18 year battle fighting cancer. Frank was born on July 30th, 1958 to the late Windom Frank All Sr. and his loving mother Patsy Gwen All in Alexandria, Virginia. After Frank graduated from Culpeper High School he went on to begin his 36 year career in the automobile industry. He achieved the respect of his colleagues as a top-notch Sales Manager. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 33 years Denise W. All, children Corinne (Zachary) Guepe, Sydney All, Caleigh All, brother Olen (Denise E.) All, nieces Emma, Hannah, and Abigail All, four grandsons Holden, Ezra, Jude, and Jonah Guepe, Sister-in-law Glenda Licausi. Additional family include Kelsey (Scott) Filipkowski, Jackson Filipkowski, Ariana Licausi, Terry Kisner, Jr. Kisner, Tracy Kisner, Michael Kisner, John Greenway, Scott Greenway, and Hunter Greenway. He is preceded in death by his parents Patsy Gwen All and Windom Frank All Sr., son Stephen Wadsworth All, and brother-in-law Michael A. Licausi. Frank was a loving husband, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend. He will always be remembered for his endless self-resilience, strength, and dedication to providing for his family. During his spare time Frank was always happy to help family and friends whenever they were in need. In the warmer months he took pleasure in grilling and gardening, which yielded his family’s favorite cookout meals and fresh produce. In the colder months he could reliably be found chopping wood, stoking his fire, or preparing a massive pot of his famous spaghetti or vegetable soup to share his love over a hot meal. Franks passions included sports of all kind, golf above all, spending time with his four grandsons, taking the scenic route on long drives, and beach vacations. He had a huge appreciation for music, was quite the history buff, and had a strong work ethic. Frank was tremendously proud of and devoted to his family. He also considered his wonderful neighbors, co-workers, and bowling league friends as family. Frank will be terribly missed by his family and friends and his memory will live on through those who love him. A viewing will be held for Frank from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Pierce Funeral Home (9609 Center Street, Manassas, Virginia 20110).
