Ernest Bush, 51, died on August 28, 2021, with his wife, Liz, by his side. Ernest’s Celebration of Life will be held at 11am on September 4, 2021 at Park Valley Church in Haymarket, Virginia. Please wear your favorite Dallas Cowboys attire, Dallas colors, or if you must, your own favorite football team attire. A reception will immediately follow the service Ernest was born on August 5, 1970 to Winfield Coates and Lurean Robinson. Ernest was an all-around incredible man who will be greatly missed as all who met him loved and adored him. He had an infectious smile that made all feel welcome. Ernest could be recently found working at Park Valley Church as the building manager. He loved to spend time with family, friends, and of course, fishing. Ernest was an excellent father to his three children, Ernest, Noah, and Taylor who he had with his first wife, Candace Bush. Although that marriage did not last forever they remained friends and ensured that their children were well taken care of and loved. Ernest met Liz over a decade ago and when they began dating, he soon become a father-figure to her three children, Kate, Emily, and Abby. They married on August 11, 2017 and had so many plans for their future together. Ernest is preceded in death by his father, Winfield Coates and each of his grandparents. Ernest is survived by his wife, Liz, his children, Ernest, Noah, and Taylor, his step-daughters, Kate, Emily, and Abby, his mother, Lurean Robinson; his brothers, Ray Bush Jr. and his wife, Maria, Dorsey Gibson Jr. and his wife Ikea; nephews, Christian Mullen and Ray Bush; nieces, Tiffany Drobnick, her husband Andrew, and, Ikia, Imani, Iyanna, and Irie. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Alex’s Army Childhood Cancer Foundation or Park Valley Church.
