Donte Lovon Jennings 46, of Manassas, VA, born October 28, 1975 in Canton, OH, gained his wings on March 8, 2022 at his home. Donte was a fun-loving man who wore many hats in his life. He was a comedian, prankster, chef, and fisherman. No matter what setting he was in, he was the life of the party. Donte’s life may have been cut short, but he lived his life to the fullest. Donte loved and cared for his children, they meant everything to him. He had a huge heart and left a memorable impression on almost everyone he met. He will be missed by his family, friends, fellow fishermen, and co-workers. Donte is preceded in death by his mother, Yolonda Turner Walker; his maternal grandparents Ernest and Cynthia Turner; paternal grandparents Wanda Ross and James Jennings; and stepfather Warren Hamilton. He is survived by his father Tony (Carolyn) Jennings; wife Ebony Jennings; children Cortez Watson Jennings, Jamari Smith, Heaven Jennings, and Jasmine Carey; grandchildren Cortayjia Jennings, Supri Jennings, and Makayla Stevens; siblings LaTrina Turner, Toniqua Jennings, Demetrius Jennings, and stepbrother Adrian (Katara) Stephens; uncles Kevin (Lisa) Turner, Derrick Turner, Michael (Marie) Jennings, Larry Jennings, and Patrick Jennings; aunts Dawn (James) Sullen, Paula (Adam) Bolds, and Reanne Jennings; close friend Deanna Carey and her children Alex Carey, Demeir Carey, and Elijah Carey; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
