Dean Alan ( Rocky) Wine July 13,1957 - July 4,2021 Rocky was born in Arlington, Virginia to Leroy and Myrtle Wine in July, 1957. Rocky was married to Karen Greene, of Arlington, Virginia, in 1984. Together they had two children, whom Rocky adored, Jennifer and Robert (Bobby). They were also blessed with three beautiful grandchildren, Madeline (9), Addison (7) and Carson (3). Rocky worked for Arlington County Department of Parks and Recreation and Community Affairs for 28 years. Rocky worked proudly as a Park Ranger and served as a First Responder at the Pentagon on September, 11th 2001. Rocky's favorite activity was coaching both Bobby and Jennifer in soccer which he did for 10 years. Rocky had been battling a variety of health issues for several years. He died peacefully in his home on July 4th, 2021. He was well loved by many in the community and will be greatly missed. Funeral Services will be held at Pierce Funeral Home on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 1:00 PM. Interment will be Private.
