Charlene Cruse, age 73 of Haymarket, VA died at her residence on July 3, 2021. Charlene was born on June 5, 1948 in Little Rock, Arkansas, daughter of the late Nina June Shoptaw Kelly and Charley Kelly. She is survived by her loving husband Gary W. Cruse; her children Shannon L. Houston (Tom) of Chantilly, VA, Heather D. Parker (Brian) of Haymarket, VA, Ryan G. Cruse (Julia) of Chico, CA and Christopher M. Cruse (Mamie) of Haymarket, VA; her brother Michael Kelly of Greenbriar, AR and her sisters Pat Rayburn of Titusville, FL and Jonell Kocisko of Thousand Oaks, CA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; Tyler Cleary, Connor Houston, Kelly Houston, Logan Cleary, Ronan Cleary, Abigail Cruse, Madeline Cruse, Linden Cruse, Lily Cruse and Stella Cruse. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 2:00 PM and the family will receive guests between 1PM and 2PM in Pierce Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, VA. Interment will be at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
