Burita Stanley Mullins
October 2, 1955 - February 25, 2022
Burita S. Mullins, age 66, was called to her Heavenly home on February 25th, 2022 to be greeted by her parents Bertsy & Anna Stanley and her 2 brothers Richard & Kyle Stanley. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother & dear friend to so many. Her presence in the lives of those she touched has made this loss such a sad one, not only for her family, but for the immaculate number of people that knew her & were so blessed to share a piece of her in their daily lives. She was a very Godly woman who enriched us with so many precious gifts that we all will cherish for many years and remember the impressions she left on those who were already a part of her world or she happen to meet along the way. The impact of her warm smile left in our memory, as well as how her wisdom & her contagious laughter filled our hearts with so much joy, a sense of peace & an Infinite love beyond measure. She always dedicated her life to her loving husband, Willie B. Mullins, the love of her life for 45 wonderful years, her 3 children, Sheena E. Ramírez, Jeremy B. Mullins (Sarah Mullins) & Athena M. Pamperin (Eric Pamperin), her 6 grandchildren, Allison D. Mullins (Dimitri Bailey), Erica N. Moore (Laura Garcia), Harbin T. Mullins, Taylor M. Vernon, Anthony J. Vernon & Paige A. Mullins as well as her 2 great- grandchildren Gianna N. Jordan & Khalil J. Bailey. Her love of singing at a young age in church with her parents and 2 sisters, Kathy & Anita Mullins, eventually led her on a journey to form the Fairwood Quartet with her sister Kathy and their aunt & uncle. This passion for the Lord’s work led her to various places and also wrote a few songs of her own. Her passion also for riding her motorcycle with her husband & all of her family was something that she was able to enjoy & the trips they had taken will forever be etched in so many of our hearts. ❤️ She also loved her job and was a very dedicated employee for 29 years at OCJS where she formed so many cherished bonds that were created throughout those years & also came to call her Mrs B and she called them her most dearest friends. If you knew Mrs. B- she was always so patient and kind and caring and you became close enough throughout the years to be like family to her. I know we will all cherish the stories she has told over the years as will they & I am sure the moments they all had with our loved one has left quite the imprint just like her sweet smile and wise words! This amazing Angel will be missed by so many of us, but never forgotten as she sings amongst the Angels in the Heavenly Choir. Fly High Queen B until we meet again. A Celebration of Life will be held to honor her at a future date.
