Bryan Joseph Mulholland

Bryan Joseph Mulholland August 18, 1980 - July 28, 2024 Bryan was born on August 18, 1980, to Dale King and Lawrence Mulholland in Pittsburg, Kansas. They later moved to the Quad Cities, Illinois and Iowa. Bryan’s family moved to California when he was nearly 5 where Bryan later graduated from Fairfield High, in Fairfield, California. Bryan attended the University of Utah, then served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, in the Brazil, São Paulo North Mission. Bryan made many lifelong friends and touched many lives in Brazil. He loved the country, the language, and the people of Brazil with all of his heart. After his mission, Bryan returned to the University of Utah and soon met and married the love of his life, Emilie Burrow on October 7, 2005 in the Salt Lake Temple. Bryan and Emilie moved to Alexandria, Virginia where Bryan completed his graduate studies at Georgetown University. Bryan has worked as a risk security analyst for many years. Bryan and Emilie have three beautiful children; Kiernan, Patrick, and Olivia. Bryan was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, and brother-in-law. He is well-loved and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. As a cueing instructor and transliterator, Bryan, along with Emilie, touched many cueing families in Virginia. Bryan was a great model and teacher for families in Virginia. Bryan had such a great passion for music and served as the Primary Chorister, a calling he loved well. He also was honored to sing with the DC Temple Choir. Bryan is survived by his loving wife Emilie and his three children, Kiernan, Patrick, and Olivia of Springfield, Virginia; his mother, Dale (John) Knight of American Canyon, California; his father Larry Mulholland of Corpus Christi, Texas; sisters Celeste (Karlos) Dorsey of Rantoul, Illinois; and Brooke Mulholland of Kansas City, Missouri. The family especially wishes to thank the many individuals who provided endless support and love to the family during Bryan’s recent hospitalizations. We could not ask for truer friends, and our love and gratitude extend to them all.
