Alison May Tursky Davis

February 20, 1982 - January 25, 2022

Alison May Tursky Davis, age 39, passed away peacefully at home on January 25, 2022. Alison grew up in Florham Park, NJ, and Lynchburg, VA. She spent her high school years at E.C. Glass, where she excelled in travel and varsity soccer & tennis. While attending the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Alison was an active member of the Phi Mu Sorority, where she had many close friends. After graduation, she married Shaun Neil Davis on July 2, 2012. After several work-related moves, they settled in Manassas, VA. Alison worked as a Consultant for Rodan & Fields, and as an Events Marketing Manager for Ameritech Corporation, together with Sales Assistant roles at Talbots. She especially enjoyed the company of her co-workers and customers while working at Outback. To know Alison, was to be touched by a beautiful spirit, a lively, engaging smile, and a warm personality with a quick wit. She had her mother and grandfather’s outgoing style and had many dear friends in Virginia, North Carolina & Florida. Ali and her husband Shaun, enjoyed the beaches in the summer, walking their dogs Luna and Sadie Grace, and family time together, especially during the holidays and Christmas, her favorite time of year. She is survived by her husband Shaun, father Bob, (Patti); brother David (Kathryn), and their son John Clyde, of Greensboro, NC, grandmother Virginia Zukswert of Florham Park, NJ. She is preceded in death by her mother the late Diana Zukswert Tursky. Services are being planned at Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church in Greensboro, NC, as well as a family service to be held at Calvary Presbyterian Church in Florham Park, NJ.
