Stephen Antonio Harris

Stephen Antonio Harris, the eldest of 7 children and only son, was born on June 2, 1977, to Howard “Phillip” Spriggs, Lady Brenda M. Johnson, and Bishop Willie A. Johnson. Stephen was called home to glory on June 16, 2025. Stephen is survived by his wife and love of his life, Toni Lynn Lagana-Harris; 3 daughters, Andrea L. Perdomo, Akeyma Nancy Brenda Harris, and Nikeyah Ja-Nay Harris; 1 son, Stephen Antonio Harris, Jr., his grandson, Rodney Perdomo Jr., godson, Sevyn Buckhalter, and his grandmother, Carolann Louise Gwyn. 6 sisters: Stephine L. Glover (Talphin), Stacy M. Harris, Sara M. Harris, Akira D. Buckhalter, Brenda M. Johnson, and Trianna S. M. Owens, whom he loved deeply. His Mother-in-Law, Nancy Lagana-Dumas, and Nephew-in-Law, Cody Lagana. Bonus sisters, Patricia A. Thomas, Nicole R. Murray Wright, Charmaine K. Lawson (Michael), Katie I. Harding, and Venice N. Johnson. Bonus brothers, D. Michael “Mikey” Harris, Marcus E. “Moe” Harris, Heath Omar Brock, Kevin L. Thompson (Keia L.), and William “Bill” Bange. Aunts and Uncles: Earl L. Harris, Sylvia E. Wright, May H. Twyman (Glenn), Gwendolyn R. Hogan, Christopher T. Paul Harris, Robin Lynn Harris, Brenda Hembry, Marlene Johnson, Chamesa Gwyn, as well as a host of other Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews. Stephen was preceded in death by his grandmothers, May Helen Dean (09/30/2010), and Shirley Roberson (2/16/2024). His Father-In-Law, Roger “Paw-Paw” Dumas (10/2/2016). His Aunts Irene E. Johnson (07/06/2003), and Cheryl D. Hembry (8/8/2018), Uncle Dennis D. Spriggs (6/10/2018), and Cousin Leann R. Harris (4/2/2024). Stephen was devoted to his family, extended family, and friends. He took on a fatherly role to many, and he was always available to lend a helping hand when called upon. Stephen enjoyed fishing whenever an opportunity presented itself, spending time with family, laughing, and Joking. Stephen was very outspoken and loved pranking people. Stephen knew he was loved, and he would be missed by all who encountered him. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, Virginia 20110. The burial service will be held at Hope Cemetery, 5514 Hope Park Road, Fairfax, VA 22030, immediately following the Celebration of Life Service.
