Lindsay Annette Mauller

Lindsay Annette Mauller, affectionately known as “Linz,” passed away peacefully on June 14, 2025, with her loving family by her side. Born at Prince William Hospital on July 12, 1983, Linz lit up the lives of others with her infectious laughter, generous heart, and vibrant spirit. Linz was a proud native of the Lake Jackson and Nokesville communities. She worked in the hospitality field and as a caregiver, where her warmth and compassion naturally shone through. She was a lifelong member of Greenwich Presbyterian Church, where her faith and kindness left a lasting impact on those around her. Linz was also a devoted fur mother to her beloved American Bulldog, Stella. Family was the heart of Linz’s world. She cherished every moment spent with her loved ones and was known for her incredible cooking, amazing dancing, and the way she could fill any room with energy and light just by walking in. Her laughter was unforgettable—frequently described as the spark that brought life to every gathering. Linz was preceded in death by her beloved fiancé, Steven Kiser, whose memory remained close to her heart. She is survived by her devoted parents, Corky and Terry Mauller of Nokesville, VA; her sister, Kelly Looman, and husband Chris of New Market, VA, who are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their baby boy, lovingly named Lawson Linz Looman in honor of his beloved aunt. Linz is also survived by her aunts, Barbara Mauller (Maben, MS) and Debra Apperson and husband Mike (Forest, VA); her uncle, Kim Youngblood (Nokesville, VA); and numerous cousins and dear friends who were forever changed by knowing her. Though Lindsay left this earth far too soon, her spirit lives on in every life she touched and every memory she created. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered—always. The family will receive family and friends for visitation on Thursday, June 19th, from 10 to 11 AM at Greenwich Presbyterian Church in Nokesville, VA, with a service to follow at 11 AM. A luncheon will be held at the church following the service, and all are welcome to join in celebrating Linz’s life. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Little Mountain Rescue, PO Box 129, Eupora, MS 39744.
