In Loving Memory of Lee Patrick Rader III August 27, 1966 – June 15, 2026 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lee Patrick Rader III on June 15, 2026, at theage of 59. Lee was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, family man, and friend. He lived life with a spirit ofadventure and a heart full of love for those around him. Above all, Lee loved Jesus and lived his lifegrounded in faith. His belief in God's promises gave him strength, guidance, and hope throughout his life.He found comfort in his relationship with the Lord and shared that faith through his kindness, compassion,and love for others. Lee's greatest joy came from spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, who broughtendless happiness and pride to his life. Lee is survived by his beloved wife, Jennifer Lee Rader; his children, Corey Lauer and his wife, Jessica Lauer,and Kaylee Perper and her husband, Ryan Perper; and his cherished grandchildren, Audrey Ward, LeahLauer, Braden Lauer, Preston Perper, Kyler Lauer, and Raelynn Perper. He also leaves behind many extendedfamily members and friends who will forever treasure the memories they shared with him. Lee was preceded in death by his father, Lee Patrick Rader Jr., and his father-in-law, William Tallie Bryant,both of whose memories remained close to his heart throughout his life. Known for his funny personality, compassionate nature, kind heart, and adventurous spirit, Lee had aunique ability to make people smile and feel welcomed. Whether sharing a joke, offering a helping hand, orencouraging someone to pursue their dreams, he left a lasting impact on everyone he met. Lee loved the outdoors and was happiest when he was riding side-by-sides, jet skiing, playing with RC cars,or spending quality time with his grandchildren. Some of his most treasured moments were the adventureshe shared with family and friends, creating memories that will live on for generations. He especially lovedmaking memories with his grandchildren, whose laughter and joy brought light to his life. His favorite saying, "Make it happen," perfectly reflected the way he approached life—with determination,optimism, and a willingness to embrace every opportunity that came his way. Though our hearts are broken by his passing, we find comfort in knowing that his legacy of love, laughter,faith, and adventure will continue through the family he adored and the countless lives he touched. Werejoice in the assurance that Lee is now at peace in the presence of his Savior and reunited with those whohave gone before him, including his father and father-in-law. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Saturday, June 20th, at Pierce Funeral Home.Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a funeral service beginning at 6:00 p.m. ACelebration of Life will immediately follow at Victory Baptist Church of Nokesville. Lee's memory will forever live on in the trails he rode, the laughter he shared, the faith he cherished, andthe love he gave so freely. 1
