Brian Keith Miller

Brian K. Miller age 62 passed away peacefully in his home on Oct 26, 2019. He was surrounded by his wife, children, and family. Brian lost his battle to Lung and Pancreatic Cancer. He was diagnosed on Sept 16, 2019. He is preceded in death by his mother Sharon L. Wagner, and his brother Dwight L. Miller. He is remembered with an abundance of love by his survivors. A beloved husband to Renee’ A. Miller. A devoted father to Susan R. Miller of Centreville, Anthony B. Miller of Burke, and Ashley M. Miller and her fiancé Dominick A. Alesi of Manassas. He adored being a Granddad to Aliyah Miller, Mariah Alesi, Michael Alesi, Giselle Miller, and Chloe Miller. He also leaves behind his sisters Donna League, and Karen Craven, along with his brother in law Joe Craven. His loving mother in law Angel Poremba of Centreville, and his father in law Michael A. Poremba of Eden, MD. Brian leaves his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and a great great nephew. Brian treasured spending time with his family. He enjoyed doing family outings, and helping with whatever anyone of the grandchildren would need. From fixing a bike for his grandchildren, or just anything they were in need of. Brian was a professional truck driver. He had a passion for driving a truck, and took such pride in his profession. As his friend said, “Put the hammer down, and full speed ahead to your redeemer.” A friendly man, and would speak to anyone and everyone. If he didn’t know you he would make an effort to get to know you. Loved watching football, and an advid Redskin fan. He enjoyed listening to 60s music, and would break out into song listening. He enjoyed going on his vacation on the Carnival Cruise. Loved being on the water whether it be on a ship, or the beach in O.C. MD. On the boardwalk he would sit and people watch and loved it. Brian enjoyed the water and island life. A caring soul. He would help anyone out. All you had to do was ask, then if he knew you needed help he would offer his help. He loved his friends. He was loyal to family, and friends. When it came to fixing cars, he enjoyed it. Loved fixing his own vehicles and those of others. Anything he could do to help, he would. Brian had the most crisp blue eyes. A large smile that when he looked at you one couldn’t help but smile back at him. A laugh that was contagious. Lastly a signature mustache that everyone loved and knew. We lost a great man. A true loss for all of us. He will truly missed by so many. Our lives have forever changed. We love you Bri, Dad, Granddad, and Big Guy. Until we meet again, Peace Be With You Always, and watch over us our special Angel.
